This licensing package grants you the rights to repurpose and monetize my digital artwork for commercial projects.
Package Includes:
  • 1 x Custom Artwork Design – Tailored to your specifications.
  • Three File Variations – Delivered in formats that suit your needs.
  • Three Design Edits – Ensuring the final design aligns perfectly with your vision.
 
Pricing:
  • Artwork Design Fee: $90
  • One-Time License Fee (Royalty-Free): $180
  • Total Cost: $270
 
Payment Terms: Your purchase includes:
  • A Certificate of Authenticity for the digital artwork.
  • A Contract outlining your licensing rights as the client.
 
Exclusivity:
  • Exclusivity applies to new, custom-designed artwork only.
  • Existing digital designs that are already in use across platforms will be licensed for your commercial use, but they are not exclusive.
 
For new designs:
  • A watermarked version (featuring your logo and website link) will be showcased on my website or social media to promote our collaboration.
 
Customization:
To create artwork that fits your vision, please provide:
  • A brief description of your concept.
  • Details about your target market or project goals.
 
Included File Formats:
  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • PDF (Ideal for logos or high-quality prints)
 
Turnaround Time:
  • 7–10 business days (depending on project complexity).
 
Signoff & Rework Policy:
  • Two rounds of revisions are included after the initial design draft.
  • Additional revisions will incur a fee, to be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
 
Licensing & Usage Rights:
  • You receive full ownership rights to the final design.
  • A watermarked version may be used for promotional purposes on my platforms.

    By purchasing this Licensed Artwork package, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Scope of Service

    • This package includes one custom artwork design tailored to your specifications.
    • Deliverables consist of three file variations (JPEG, PNG, PDF) and up to three design edits.
    • Any customizations or revisions beyond this package will incur additional fees and must be agreed upon in writing.

    2. Payment Terms

    • Payment is required upfront,

    3. Turnaround Time

    • Estimated project completion is within 7–10 business days, depending on complexity and the timely receipt of all client-provided materials.
    • Delays due to missing or incomplete information from the client will extend the timeline.

    4. Client Responsibilities

    • The client must provide clear and detailed instructions for the artwork, including ideas, inspirations, or target market details.
    • Finalized brand assets (logos, color schemes, etc.) must be submitted before the project begins.

    5. Revision Policy

    • The package includes two rounds of revisions after the initial draft is delivered.
    • Any additional revisions will incur an extra fee, discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

    6. Exclusivity and Usage Rights

    • Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership rights to the final artwork.
    • Black Widow Creative retains the right to use a watermarked version of the artwork for promotional purposes only (e.g., portfolio, website, social media).

    7. No Refund Policy

    • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the project has commenced. This applies to both the advance payment and the final balance.
    • This policy ensures fair compensation for the time, effort, and resources invested in your custom artwork.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    • Black Widow Creative is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the artwork.
    • The client assumes full responsibility for ensuring the artwork complies with legal or licensing requirements for its intended use.

    9. Modifications to Terms

    • Black Widow Creative reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to new purchases only.

    By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
